At Ankini, we want you to love your bikini! Here’s everything you need to know
about our returns and refunds:

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your bikini arrives faulty or damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right! Contact us
via Instagram or email at ankini.swimwear@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving
your order, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund. Once approved,
refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem! To be eligible for an exchange, please
ensure:
• The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags and hygiene stickers
still attached.
• You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can guide you
through the process.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We
recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your bikini arrives safely.

Non-Refundable Items

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that don’t meet our return
criteria (e.g., missing tags or hygiene stickers). We appreciate your understanding!
